The Lab/Evidence Unit is staffed by two criminalist and three civilian personnel.
This unit is responsible for responding to all major crime scenes for the purpose of documenting, recording, and analyzing evidence.
The unit is also responsible for cataloging, controlling, and maintaining a chain of custody involving all evidence and property that
is turned over or seized by the agency.
